My cokies are in Tools/Options/Privacy/Show Cookies rather than under the Edit/Preferences menu, so you may want to look in both places as location may vary between Firefox versions.

Hi fellas! Wonderfvl kick ass job on the new forums. I just want to say congrats again and wish you all the best.
Anyhoo, not a bug but, just something I would like to see, in the control panel, can we get a list of all of our subscribed threads? And maybe somewhere put a list of the last 20 new threads started? I thin that would be nice ;-)
If you click 'your posts' in the control panel the first page works fine, but when you go to the second page it redirects you to the search function.

The forum keeps logging me out. I tick the remember me box but it keeps happening. I just spent ages writing a post, I put a lot of thought into it. I tried to post and the login page came up, my post was lost.
PLEASE sort it out.

After about an hour of debugging I finally got to the bottom of the login problem. If you were previously logged out despite checking the 'remember me' box this issue should now be fixed, as soon as you clear your cookies for nachtkabarett.com. There was apparently a problem with different versions of the 'remember me'-cookie being stored.
in firefox go to: edit » preferences » privacy » show cookies; select nachtkabarett.com and click "remove cookies". Other browsers should have similar functionality in their preferences/settings dialogs.
I'm very sorry to bother you with these technicalities. If you are having any trouble clearing your cookies you can find my contact information on my profile, and I am often online in the brand new chat room as well.

Yeah, I actually did that. This made me cry with laughter cos when I tried to make this post the first time to say that...gues what happened? Anyway, I cleared all my cookies now so hopefully it will be sorted.

What browser are you using Seven?

I'm using Firefox. It seems to be fine now though, I haven't been logged out since. Maybe I needed to delete more than one cookie or something.

If you only removed one cookie for nachtkabarett.com, then you might have removed a cookie that wasn't relevant to the bug. So clearing all cookies should do the trick.
It's annoying that I have to log in every time I visit the board. Whether I click the button "remember me" or not, it doesn't remember me...

The same thing happens to me IRL. No one remembers me.
I'm using Firefox in Windows XP SP3 if that helps.
:P
The thread summary box doesn't resize avatars, so if someone has an avatar of size 500x500 then it displays it as such.
I can't change my contact information in my profile. The AIM username is lists is wrong (when I signed up my auto complete added it). It's not a big deal but it bugs me a bit.
This may be more of a personal problem but,
I come in off a private network with several computers on it, all of which belong to me,
sometimes I'm in my bedroom close my (Browser)window without doing BABALON the justice of telling her I've left.
I then cannot login from any other computer on my network until I find the one I didn't log out on, and logout.. or I get a **You are already logged in from another location** error which seems silly since all my computers are actually leaving the house with the same IP on my ISP.
I'll assume this is a cookie issue.. so my question is.. would someone be able to fix this.. or tell me that I should just dedicate a comp to BABALON use?
I also thought it might be a bit of a security issue (probably a potentially large one) for some people because it means that computer is still "me"... and you don't want computers pretending to be people.
Thanks.
h.
NapalmHeart, the solution is a few posts above yours.
Mother Moth, I just fixed this, thanks for letting us know.
hawnted, are you referring to the chat room or the forums?
