Don't see him on the offical Ozzfest band page my guess would be rumor.
Looks to me like a compiled list of headlining bands from previous Ozzfest tours.

Serj stated that System of a Down are still on a definite hiatus while Joey Jordison is filling in for Tommy Clufetos on the Rob Zombie tours this spring and summer, which includes Rockstar Mayhem. Two theories debunked.
One more debunked. Slayer will be in Europe throughout the summer with their own tour, American Carnage with Megadeth and Testament, starts in late July.
Also, it's not going to be Black Sabbath, just Ozzy Osbourne, as he's working on a solo album right now that's due to be released near the summer.
Don't believe anything you read unless it comes from an official source. Ozzfest will be announced later this month which will take away any of the guess work on what is true and what is a rumour. Though with the lineup that Mayhem has for this year Korn, Zombie... Ozzy is going to have to secure a major act to compete with Mayhem.
