Actually I'm quite scared about this. Specially about forthcoming shows.
Edit: I don't think we should worry too much about his health, this isn't worst than any flu if you take care of it properly.

The first thing that pops into my ehad is that he will just force it to a place in the back of his head and get on with thigns, but at the same time, flu can be a bitch and leave you rendered a minor wreck no matter how much you try to ignore it. Fingers crossed for Manson and everyone attending a show within the next week. (And, as I wrote in the comment I posted, I hope he takes this opportunity to spend a lot of time around people he hates within the next seven days
).

Hahaaaa, that's horrible.
Someone should bring him a thermos of chicken noodle soup at a show. :D
Swine Flu isn't anything to worry about unless you're a baby or have a really weak immune system (or maybe if you have AIDs, which I'm assuming keeps popping up in blogs and status updates for the lols and not for teh realz). It's just another form of the flu--and the only reason people are tweaking out is because the media is building it up, like they do with anything, to sell fear for ratings. Blah blah.
I've had the sniffles for a few days and all I wanna do is curl up in bed and sleep; it must suck SO MUCH to have the Swine Flu and get up on stage and do the shit he does.
Kudos, Manson.

People die from the regular flu every year too. Do the papers splash that on their front pages, no, because that doesn't have the name of an animal in it. Like with the regukar flu, you can die from it if you are old and weak, have cronic heart or lung disease, are pregnant, or an infant. Everyone else will be completely fine after a week or so with the regular flu symptoms -sometimes even lighter ones, compared to the regukar flu. The swine flu (which ahs nothing to do with pigs, by the way) is mroe contagious than the regular flu (which is the reaosn for the mass vaccination ahppening) but it is NOT more aggressive. Papers thrive on scare tactics, I thought people had learned that by now.

I don't think he's lying. I just think his bulletin about it was humorous. Sucks to be sick, but he'll probably be okay. I've had the flu before. Not the Swine Flu, but really- not the end of the world folks.

Lol hey people. calm down. swine flu is just like any other flu, and people have died from a normal flu as well. Especiall you Manson fans should know that the media need something to write about and create those hypes, don't you think? Killer bees, school shootings, swine flu, ...
I'm sure if this is 100% true, with Manson you never know and that's why I like him so much, I'm sure he had to laugh aswell. Marilyn Manson has the swine flu, now that's something.
Fucking awesome that he performs nevertheless, even if it's just an hour or something.
