Altough this particular artwork is not after my fancy, there are more ways to paint people than plain old realism.

Oh I completely understand, however, it si important to KNOW realism before venturing into the abstract.
While I agree that this seems more like an atampt at abstract as opposed to a misunderstanding of the human form, it seems ot me that thier understanding of abstract might be improved by thier understanding of realism.
On the flip side however! if this were meant to be some kind of parody, like for example, the religious zealot through the eyes of a child, then I can see how this peice works on that level.
I was just confused as to the intention of the peice.
As a pardoy, it works wonderfully
As a serious attempt at abstract, in my opinion, it falls short.
I actually agree with KnaveMurdok on this one as a paraody this piece would excel as a serious piece of art not so much.....I just tried to be more gentle about rejecting it in my previous post.

So in the end we all agree anyway. Grouphug!!
First of people!
Thanks for your support and appreciation/critiques.
I take my critiques seriously, otherwise I know its tooo hard to improve.
Well this piece of art/degeneracy was composed by me when i was 12 and I had no plans of making anything. But I was so damn fckd up by religious stuff (there's lots of such things in my country :india), that i decided do art immediately.
It am ametuer work though, but I dont like realism in work, I think its far too better to become GOD and make stuff yourself. And moreover , people who want realism and are cnsidering it a bad abstract art might not have taken a look at manson's stuff and other such famous artists.
(I am far away from manson's stuff though)
But its just because of his inspiration, I made this piece of art.
Now check this out people-
Its entitled- An incomplete soul demands Drugs,Religion and Fame.

I also make other stuff than just abstract / or parody (as people want it to be called)

Awesome, that is step one :-)

That makes this make a little more seonse, this looks like a painting by a 12 year old. That's not an insult mind you, I'm jsut saying that in that context, this painting makes a lot more sense.

Here is one of Manson's watercolours from the Machanical Animals era. Note his understanding of shadow, light, form and structure. These are things you learn when you practice the realism style. Look how wonderfully they translate into an abstract peice! This painting may not be realistic in the sense that you and I think of the word, but it is realistic in the sense that you can imagine this world that the figure inhabits continuing, and being pat of it's reality.

Just out of curiosity, how old were you when you made this one? And how old are you now?
Heyy, Thanks for appreciating the 2nd artwork.
Well, I will strive hard to improve. Thanks KnaveMurdok ! I Liked the way made room for my improvement by showing manson's work, it was adorable.
I made the 2nd one was made about 5 days after the 1st one.
My rebellion was at boom at that time. And i really freaked my companions and my parents (though they are awesome).
And I am 16 these days, I have matured in a way.
Now I compose my artwork digitally and/or with charcoal stick.
I'll keep on updating with other artworks I made during that age.
Let me post another one, in next thread.
Now this one was made after 15 days of the 2nd one.
Its called "The mother who had acid in her breast".
It is about the situation of helplessness and despair. When people around us demand us to be goodie goodie , to follow the tradition, but we have in out mind, in our heart darkness and uniqueness, we cannot help them in any of the ways.
(I am an Indian, so my english isnt too good) LOL
I like what you did with your second picture. I wasn't impressed with the first one though. But it seems you are getting better, so that's a huge plus!

Bowels in or bowels out?
