Ha.
You've definitely never been to Cleveland before, lol.
Contrary to what irresponsible comics would have you believe, Cleveland, in fact, most assuredly does NOT rock. I don't know HOW the hell the got the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame built THERE, of all places.
There's nothing much open too late downtown, I'm afraid. There are a couple bars and late-night hangouts near the House of Blues but that's about it, and they're all pretty normal and lame. But make sure you check out the Tower City Mall...it's about as cool as it gets downtown and it's easy to spot because it's got an old, giant radio antenna atop its roof, which is visible from pretty much anywhere in the city (the building in which it is housed is about 25 stories, or something).
Still, when you go to the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame, make sure you check out the wardrobe exhibit downstairs, since you can see Manson's leather trenchcoat from the Guns, God, and Government tour down there...it's right by Matthew and Gunnar Nelson's trenchcoats, lol. And there's a little video exhibit room that plays chunks of "Down In It" and displays a few Billboard stats, but that's it for NIN. VERY little love for the hometown heroes there, for some reason.
Good luck!!!
