The new editor works fine for me with one exception: The handling of URLs. Easiest way would be if he recognizes the http:// or www. and automatically converts it into a clickable link.

I just updated the v2 editor a bit.
- you can now 'leave', split and create quotes
- creating links and inserting images now immediately prompt for the url (if needed), a better-looking prompt will be applied later, but this should at least make the process 100% obvious.
- inserting smilies now actually works
(previously smilies didn't appear after posting)
auto-linking of urls is up next.

A few minor updates:
- editting your profile: aim field (under contact information) is now working (again)
- new posts list: added 'mark all read' link
- new posts list²: added the board under every topic
- your posts/posts by user: pages 2 and up are now also working
- memberlist: joined date is now added to the memberlist as a sortable column

Just did a pretty technical patch, most of the new improvements are internal. One new feature however is seeing who is online and what they are doing, check out

Also, people who have logged out will no longer appear among the 'online users', even if they were logged out less than five minutes ago.
