I'm a writer and a poet from Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Currently, I'm working on writing a saga of vampire novels, and at some point I would like to write a fantasy series (LOTR fantasy.)

Favourite films

My favourite genre is probably horror, since I usually love anything that is dark and dramatic in it's aesthetic.
My top five favourite horror movies, in no particular order, are:
1.) The first two "Hellraiser" movies (it's all one story, so I'm counting them as one.)
2.) "The Horror of Dracula"
3.) "Halloween" (the original.)
4.) "A Nightmare on Elm Street"
5.) "Child's Play" (yes I mean the original Chucky movie, I know it's not brilliant but it's darkly amusing.)

Favourite books

I love the original novels in the "Dragonlance" series, George R.R. Martin's "Song of Fire and Ice" series, the whole LOTR trilogy, Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles and certain novels by Stephen King, especially "The Dark Tower" series, but also including "The Dark Half", "The Stand", "The Shining" and "Salem's Lot." I also love almost everything by H.P. Lovecraft, but especially the books in the Cthulhu mythos.

I also love a lot of classic literature including all the novels of Jane Austin, almost anything by any of the English Romantics, and Shakespeare.

I'm a writer so I spend most of my free time reading and writing, but I also love singing.

Religious and political affiliation

Officially, I was baptized Roman Catholic, but my actual spiritual beliefs are closer to being pagan. I feel spiritual power and presence while I am totally surrounded by nature.
My political views are slightly left leaning and somewhat feminist in nature. (I'm bisexual, I have to be feminist. :b)
