'Video Sex Is Real Deal' Radar Online / AM New York

Publicity stunt or not? That's the question surrounding the latest news about Marilyn Manson and 19-year-old lover Evan-Rachel Wood. Radar Online reports the couple's sex scenes in Manson's new video "Heart-Shaped Glasses," might be the real thing. Though their privates are concealed by strategic positioning and sheets throughout the video, Wood becomes rather vocal.

A source close to the production crew tells Radar the couple didn't want to fake their way through the scene, which was originally meant to be shot in 3-D. They performed the act three times before it was awrap.

Manson's rep insists "it was simulated sex."
